On Site Services

On site service that’s on time!. Usually the same day!

We service all major and custom built PC’s and Laptops.

Most all work can be performed at your home or office. We have a a large inventory of parts with us to repair your system as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are times that the very nature of the problem may require the system be repaired in the shop due to the time it will take and the resources needed. When this happens your system will be repaired in the shop and then returned, setup and verify that all systems are working properly.

Need an upgrade? It’s not uncommon in this fast paced environment to need to upgrade your PC to meet the demands of new software. This most often only requires adding some additional memory to the system and can be performed very quickly.

In today’s home or office it is quite common to have more than one PC and you need the internet on them, and or need to share information from one to another. This is called networking. We can setup from scratch any configuration and find and repair any problems in existing networks.

Changing to high speed internet service? DSL and cable installations can be a daunting task, requiring the installation of new modem, network connection and software installation. We can take the headache out of this and get you up and running quickly. Additionally you should have a router installed to act as a firewall to protect your system from outside intruders.

Remote Services

Remote services...If your unfamiliar with this let me give you a brief run down and then please take a look a the remote services page for complete information.

Remote service means that a small program can be installed on your computer that will allow me from my shop or another computer to assist you with minor to major problems as if I were sitting in a chair right next to you. This saves a tremendous amount of time when the problem really doesn’t require a more expensive on site visit.  It only takes 15 minuets or less to install the service and I don’t even have to come out to your place to do that.

Hardware

Hardware consist of a complete computer system or the the individual parts inside your computer, such as hard drives, memory, video cards, sound systems etc. You might need more memory for that new program, or a larger hard drive to store all those wonderful pictures, or a new video card to play that latest game. that’s just a few of the pieces that might need to be upgraded and that can usualy be done on site. 

Software

Software usually will install without difficulty but there are those times that it will not and or not run properly. When that happens we can resolve the problem for you quickly and efficiently. We have experience with a large number of programs and can assist you.

Not all software is compatible with, or good for your system. When this happens your system may begin to perform sluggishly and/or fail. Malware, spyware and virus’s attack your system daily. Part of our services is to routinely check for and remove them from your system. Were one is found there are usually many more hidden on the system.

Peripherals

We can install and repair most all system peripherals such as Printers, Copiers, Scanners, iPods, Palm Pilots, Cell phones and much more.

Backup systems including External hard drives, flash drives and older tape drives.
